Essay

In the research were studied clinical-psychological manifestations and family-dispositional, personal-psychological and family factors of mental disorders’ formation in people, married to the HIV-infected injection drug users. The principles of their psychocorrection and psychological support were established. It was found that in the spousesʼ behavior was disturbed in stress situations, the level of neuroticism and rigidity in emotional sphere was elevated, the presence of predisposition to get stuck in negative emotions that influences on family disadaptation development. It was proved that couples perform manifestation of co-dependance, and the spectrum of psychic disorders (depressive and personal) point at psychogenic and personal level of semiology in major. It was revealed the prevalence of all indicators in the anxiety structure in spouses – family guilt, anxiety and family intenseness. The violation of structural features of love was determined (intensivity and balance of love relationships, their discongurence, absence of any, or presence of one component of love: emotional (intimacy), motivational (passion) or cognitive (duty)). On the basis of found data, the principles of psychocorrection and psychic support were grounded, for the persons, that are in matrimony with HIV-infected injective drug users.
