Verbytska A. Work of architecture as object of copyright.

The dissertation is devoted to the main problems of theoretical substantiation and practical implementation of the protection and protection of copyright in works of architecture; the settlement of relations on the creation of a work of architecture, its reproduction in the object of architectural activity; the conceptual vision of the system of property and non-property rights of the subjects of copyright in the work of architecture was developed. An important place in the work is the study of general methodological foundations of practical implementation and further implementation of the subjective content of copyright in the work of architecture. The essence of legal regulation of architectural activity in Ukraine is revealed. The content of such regulation, its characteristic features, as well as the peculiarities of implementation and protection of copyright in the work of architecture are determined. The theoretical and methodological principles of the doctrine of copyright have been studied, which became the basis for the practical definition and legislative consolidation of the legal regime of the work of architecture as an object of copyright. Separately, in the dissertation research, the problem of determining the content of subjective copyright for works of architecture, its structure and legislative consolidation is revealed.
