Lebega O. Organizational and economic mechanism of development of natural gas resources from shale breeds

The dissertation is devoted to the solution of the scientific problem of the development of theoretical and methodological principles and the development of practical recommendations for the formation of the organizational and economic mechanism for the development of natural gas resources from shale breeds. The world experience in mastering the resources of shale formations has been analyzed and the classification of factors determining the value of gas-bearing deposits has been made. Correlation-regressive dependencies between gas content, wells productivity, the price of breаkeven shale gas extraction and the most important geological characteristics of shale formations are established. Using the correlation dependencies, a forecast estimation of the gas generation potential of shale rock in the main oil and gas basins of Ukraine is carried out. Methodical approaches to the assessment of the efficiency of investment projects for the development of shale gas resources and their capitalization have been developed. The organizational and economic mechanism of managing the processes of mastering the resources of shale formations has been developed, its structure, institutional support, the composition of the main elements have been proposed.
