Dissertation for obtaining a scientific degree of technical sciences candidate by specialty 05.24.04 – «Cadastre and land monitoring». − Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture, MES Ukraine, Kyiv, 2018. In the dissertation the theoretical generalization is done and the practical results of solving the scientific and applied task of the efficiency process increasing of settlements master plans geospatial profile data sets development and use based on geoinformation systems, object-oriented approach models and methods application is outlined. The object-oriented model of the settlements master plan geospatial objects database is developed. It provides storage of data, data structure, basic and typical methods of objects behavior modeling in a single environment. The generalized model of settlements master plans geospatial profile data sets forming is proposed, which is based on the integration of object-relational databases and geoinformation systems. An object-oriented model of master plan objects geospatial data implementation technology in the environment of object-relational database management system based on open source, such as geoinformation system QGIS and object-relational DBMS PostgreSQL/Postgis is considered. The conceptual and logical models of the basic information resources of the settlement master plan geospatial profile data set automation preparation geographic information system are implemented.
