Objects - grass of common yarrow, bristly yarrow, tansyleaf yarrow, achillea stricta yarrow, Carpathian yarrow, Pannonian yarrow, grass of wood bristly water and aqueous-alcohol extracts, individual biologically active substances, isolated from separate species and ecological conditions of growth of tree species; purpose - pharmacological research of species of the genus Achillea flora of the western region of Ukraine, development of technologies for the receipt of medicinal substances and research of their pharmacological activity, development of modern methods of analysis of phytochemicals; methods - morphological, anatomical and organoleptic, physical and physico-chemical, chemical, resource-related, pharmacological, biopharmaceutical; Novelty - the morphological and anatomical and resource-researched research of 6 species of the genus Achillea flora of the western region of Ukraine was conducted, which was used for the diagnostics of raw materials, conducted a comprehensive phytochemical study of 6 species of the Achillea family, which resulted in the content of simple phenols, flavonoids, vitamin K, free sugars, water-soluble polysaccharides, tannins, ascorbic acid; results - established biological and operational stocks of raw materials, the volume of possible annual harvesting of the species Achillea, indicating the possibility of development of medicinal products with a well-stocked raw material base, a study was conducted on the acclimatization and introduction of the tree of the spreading and growing of the common tree in the conditions of the Precarpathian region, laboratory and field similarities were studied. seeds of ordinary wood when treated with low temperatures in laboratory conditions, optimal conditions for obtaining an extract from grass of a tree, on the basis of which the composition of the ointment has been developed, the technology of its production has been proposed, the stability in the process of storage and pharmacological activity (antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, wound healing) have been investigated, standardization methods have been proposed, diagnostic microscopic signs of сarpathian, ordinary, compressed and millennium have been established; implemented - in the scientific process of higher educational institutions; branch - pharmacy.
