Zhurba O. Exchange rate policy in the system of economic security of the state

In the dissertation work the influence of exchange rate policy on the economic security of the state, in the conditions of a permanent repetition of crisis phenomena, is comprehensively studied. The evolution of the theoretical foundations of the exchange rate policy is annihilated and its place in the economic system of the state is determined within different historical intervals. The structure of the filling of the exchange rate policy is investigated, the influence of separate components on the financial and economic system of the state is considered. The features of realization of the monetary and exchange rate policy of Ukraine in different periods are outlined and its influence on the economic environment, in the conditions of aggravation of crisis phenomena, and in the course of sustainable development is established. The periodization of the formation of the domestic currency market is shown, the main determinants that have influenced this process are identified. The methodological approaches to improving the assessment of the indicators of the effectiveness of exchange rate policy are proposed. The preconditions are defined and the main tasks of currency and exchange rate policy liberalization are outlined. The threats and opportunities, obstacles, as well as the positive aspects that are characteristic of this process in Ukraine are revealed. Conceptual approaches to currency regulation reform are developed, in the context of consideration of national interests. A scenario approach to the implementation of exchange rate policy is proposed.
