Artemenko O. The state policy on nature use in the context of ensuring the national security of Ukraine

Scientific novelty of the research is determined by the personal contribution of the author in solving actual scientific task that is substantiation of theoretical positions and methodical approach to improve state policy on nature use in the context of ensuring the national security of Ukraine. In particular: for the first time the essence of the state policy on nature use in the context of ensuring the national security as a purposeful system of actions, called through legislative and regulatory acts, organizational measures, economic incentives and environmental restrictions of economic growth, participation of the public, mass media, e-government, aimed at ensuring environmental protection, environmental safety and organized environmental management, promoting efficient, balanced use and restoration of natural resources taking into account Ukraine's national interests.
