Vinnichuk R. Economic and Legal Support of Reinsurance in Ukraine.

The dissertation is a comprehensive scientific research into the theoretical principles of the economic and legal support of reinsurance relations in Ukraine under the current conditions of economic management. The proposals and recommendations aimed at improving the current economic legislation of Ukraine in the field of reinsurance are formulated. The development of legal relations of reinsurance and reinsurance activity as the type of economic management have been considered from their origin to the main stages of the formation of these legal relations in the independent Ukraine. The sources of legal regulation (forms of law) of reinsurance relations in Ukraine are brought into focus. The special features of the legal mechanism for realization of reinsurance relations in the basic legal acts, which streamline such operations, are characterized. The special legal regime of management in the sphere of reinsurance is substantiated, and the characteristic legal features of the latter are highlighted.
