Troshkina K. The formation of the institute of citizenship in the UNR and ZUNR (1918–1921): historical and comparative research.

The dissertation is devoted to the deepening of the study of the formation of the institute of citizenship in the UNR and ZUNR during the period 1918–1921. For the first time in the dissertation: 1) a historical-comparative study of determining the grounds for and the establishment of the institute of citizenship in the UNR (the period of the Central Council, the Directorate) and the ZUNR was carried out; 2) the institutions of citizenship in the UNR and ZUNR in the totality of its interrelated components (conditions and methods of acquisition and receipt, procedures, rights and obligations, deprivation, loss, refusal) not only based on the analysis of draft laws and laws of then period, doctrinal literature, but also with the use of archival data, which are first introduced into scientific circulation were analyzed and compared; 3) commonalities and features, the specificity of the institution of citizenship in the UNR and ZUNR were identified.
