Kashkanova N. Civil regulation of biomedical researches on human beings

The dissertation research is devoted to the system analysis of civil regulation of application of medical-biological researches on human beings. The genesis of the legal regulation of the relations arising in the application of medico-biological researches on human beings in Ukraine is given in the work. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is that the thesis is one of the first comprehensive scientific research on the legal regulation of the application of medical and biological researches on human beings.. As a result of the research, a number of new scientific positions and conclusions, proposed personally by the author, were formulated.
