Romanyshyn O. Criminal law protection of the order of execution of court decisions in Ukraine

The dissertation focuses on the peculiarities of criminal law enforcement of the order of execution of court decisions in Ukraine. The dissertation deals with the general theoretical principles of legislative protection of the enforcement of court decisions in Ukraine by means of criminal law. The criminal-law description is given to crimes that infringe on the rules of law enforced by the courts. The subject of the relevant crimes has been determined, depending on the procedural significance of court decisions (intermediate, final in proceedings), type of jurisdictions. The essential features of such concepts as "non-enforcement of a court decision", "interference with the execution of a court decision", "significant harm", etc. are singled out.
