Essay

Theoretical analysis, synthesis and generalization of scientifically-psychological literature are carried out. The main characteristics of image are distinguished. First of all it is an imagination, idea, perception, evaluation, that arises up on the basis of the character formed in consciousness of other people. Image is based on evaluation of participants of process of its forming. In its forming a main role belongs to the stereotype, standart opinion. Image is up to the transformation changes; always has emotional painted and manipulation nature. Also we have determined that image can be both positive and negative. We have discovered that basis of forming of image of young teacher is motivation that is also the «vector» of imaginary activity. The next lever of forming of pedagogical image are aesthetic and personality qualities of teacher, that are available in a professional culture a moral core, in that there being in unity beauty, goodness, truth, that assist the search of different forms of work, satuation of activity of young teacher. The author is built the dynamic model of forming of positive image of young teacher of pedagogical establishment of higher education, the stages of his forming are distinguished, the criteria of estimation and indexes of efficiency of this process are educed, and also the forming program is worked out and reasonable for the young teachers of pedagogical establishment of higher education of positive image. The thorough analysis of forming experiment showed that personality of teachers of higher school after realization of imaginary practical work program and self-educational activity positive tendencies are educed, that harmonizations of personality, development of her requirement promote are in self-knowledge and self-perfection.
