The thesis is devoted to the study of sources of economic procedural law. The process of formation of economic legal proceedings and development of sources of economic procedural law is analyzed in the work, periodization of their development is made. The theoretical developments regarding the definition of the concept of sources of economic procedural law with the specification of their types and features are investigated. The peculiarities of the sources of economic procedural law in time, space and circle of persons are revealed. The system of sources of economic procedural law is analyzed with the definition of its concept and features. The structure of the system of sources of economic procedural law with the specification of subsystems in its structure is determined. The general provisions of the system of economic procedural legislation have been analyzed and finalized. The integration processes that influence the development and formation of new sources of economic procedural law are studied. The place of the sources of international law in the development of economic procedural law is determined. Analyzed and defined ways of implementing sources of international law in the system of economic procedural law. The influence of the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights on the system of sources of economic procedural law is grounded.
