Kutsyn Y. Praxeology of parliamentary control: comparative and analytical research

The dissertation is devoted to the complex analysis of social relations that arise in the field of the implementation of parliamentary control as an important function of parliament and a component of the balanced work of all branches of power in a legal state. This study also provides an explanation of the neednecessity of perfection is reasonable constitutionally to legal regulation of parliamentary control in Ukraine with the use of experience of foreign countries in this sphere, in particular, to France and Czech Republic. The laws of Ukraine, France and the Czech Republic, which establishes the institution of parliamentary control, forms and methods of its implementation, are analyzed, a number of elements common to the specified states are revealed. Drawn conclusion an author that embodiment of control plenary powers parliaments of France and Czech Republic is built on the observance of principle of legal safety, requires quality of legislation control.
