Dmytrenko V. The mechanisms of e-governance implementation on the local level

Within the framework of the thesis research, the theoretical and methodological rationale for e-governance implementation mechanisms on the local level was carried out and recommendations for e-governance development improvement on the local level in Ukraine were taken with account of a foreign experience. The modern research approaches to e-governance were accounted and the conceptual-categorical apparatus was improved, in particular it was provided with the copyright definition of concepts: "electronic governance on the local level", "electronic city", "smart city", "smart governance". It was presented with the analysis of normative-legal regulation of e-governance development in Ukraine and defined the influence on the e-governance implementation on the local level, the suggestions for its improvement were elaborated. The best foreign e-governance practices on the local level and the possibilities of their implementation in Ukraine were researched. The modern tendencies of e-governance implementation on the local level were clarified, in particular solving of compatibility problem, establishing of coordination between all power levels - central, regional and local, development of the smart cities, creation of the urban living laboratories, citizens attracting to the process of developing and making of management decisions.
