Essay

The object of the study – skin neoplasms. The aim – to increase the effectiveness of the treatment of skin tumors by improving diagnostics with the use of modern instrumental methods of examination and the development of the combined method of treatment and diagnostic biopsy. Methods: review, epiluminescent diagnosis, teledermatological method, teledermatoscopic method, questionnaires, statistical. The work analyzes and studies the differences between the dermatological and telemedicine structure of the major groups of skin tumors, which are most often encountered in the practice of a doctor: melanocytic nevus, skin melanoma, seborrheic keratosis, non-melanocytic skin cancers. The comparative analysis of remote results of medical diagnostic skin tumors biopsies by radio-wave, combined, surgical methods is carried out. It has been established that the diagnosis of skin tumors with the help of remote diagnostics is effective. The use of the combined method in the treatment of skin tumors reduces the recurrence risk of tumors and the formation of pathological scarring. The main scientific and practical results of the dissertation were introduced into the practice of the PE “Institute of Dermatocosmetology of Dr. Bogomolets” (Kyiv), Poltava Regional Clinical Skin and Venereal Dispensary, MI “Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Clinical Skin and Venereal Dispensary”, MNE “City Skin and Venereal Dispensary № 1” of the Kharkiv City Council, the Volyn Regional Skin and Venereal Dispensary, the MNE of the Kharkiv Regional Council “Regional Clinical Skin and Venereal Dispensary № 1”.
