The dissertation is devoted to the problem of consent of the victim in the system of norms of criminal law of Ukraine. The complexity and ambiguity of solving the problem of consent of the victim in the system of criminal law of Ukraine is due to the fact that the consent of the victim is considered as one of the conditions of legality in the framework of other circumstances, which exclude the criminality of the act, as well as in the Special Part of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
