Essay

Goal: The theoretical foundations and practical methods for improving change management as a tool for ensuring strategic stability of engineering companies. The object of study is the process of change management as a tool for ensuring strategic stability of engineering enterprises of Ukraine. Investigation methods: lexical-semantic, logical and terminological analysis; dialectical approach, comparative analysis, classification, analysis and synthesis; socio-historical and dialectical approach, comparing, ordering and generalization; systematic and comprehensive analysis; target-oriented; graphical method; heuristic research methods and methods of processing expert information; multivariate statistical analysis; methods of fuzzy sets. The following was improved: scientific and methodical approach to determining the direction of the main strategic changes in the company; scientific and methodical approach to determining changes in basic strategy of the company; scientific approach to the study of dualistic strategic content viability in relation to the process of change. The following received further development: conceptual and categorical apparatus in which (unlike the existing ones) are the definition of "strategic stability of the enterprise"; scientific justification of strategic imperatives of engineering companies sustainability scientific and methodical approach to determining relevant criteria and scorecard strategic development of engineering companies, which select basic strategy changes; methodical approach to diagnosis and management of economic efficiency of companies. Scope: engineering companies.
