Essay

The object of the study - actinic keratosis. The aim - to increase the complex therapy efficiency of actinic keratosis by substantiating the treatment method of the disease, taking into account the results of clinical, dermatological, pathomorphological and immunohistochemical studies. Methods: clinical, dermatoscopic, morphological, immunohistochemical, statistical. In-depth study of clinical manifestations and dermatoscopic data at various degrees of severity and clinical variants of actinic keratosis in 90 patients, as well as extended immunohistochemical studies of panch-bioptates of affected skin in actinic keratosis compared with seborrheic keratosis have been carried out. The combined treatment method of actinic keratosis, aimed at the main links of the disease pathogenesis, is compared with its traditional method of cryodestruction by liquid nitrogen. The importance of motivational counseling of patients for increasing the treatment effectiveness and improving the patient's compliance is substantiated. The main scientific and practical results of the dissertation have been introduced into the educational process at the Department of dermatovenerology of the National medical academy of postgraduate education named after P.L. Shupyk, Department of infectious diseases with epidemiology, skin and venereal diseases of SHEI "Ternopil state medical university named after I.Ya. Gorbachevsky of Ministry of health of Ukraine", Department of skin and venereal diseases with courses of pathomorphology and phthisiatry of SHEI "Uzhhorod national university", Department of dermatology and venereology of SHEI "Ivano-Frankivsk national medical university", as well as practical work of the Municipal institution "Rivne regional dermatovenerologic dispensary" of Rivne regional council, LLC "Institute of psoriasis and chronic dermatoses", Municipal institution of the Ternopil regional council "Ternopil regional clinical skin and venereological dispensary" and Municipal institution of the Ternopil regional council "Ternopil regional clinical oncological dispensary".
