The aim of this work is the synthesis of new derivatives of 4-amino-3-(4-(tret-butyl)phenyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-thiol and further search among them for low-toxic and active compounds with antimicrobial, antifungal, growth stimulating, actoprotective, antioxidant activity and also the effect of the duration of thiopental sodium anesthesia was studied), detection of the dependence of "chemical structure – biological action", and selection and recommendation of the most active compounds for preclinical studies.
