In dissertation described the essence of soil contamination and defined the content basis of ecological and economic provision in the process of soil contamination level regulation. Substantiated the conceptual provisions of the effective functioning of the ecological and economic mechanism of soil contamination level regulation. Improved the theoretical and methodical approach to the institutional provision of the ecological-economic mechanism of soil pollution control. Estimated the value and identified the main threats of soil contamination on agricultural land in Ukraine. Analyzed the current state and main problems of functioning of soil contamination regulation system in Ukraine. Developed economic-mathematical model of economic entities behavioral strategies and its state in the process of soil contamination level regulation.
