Thesis is dedicated to the research on current design issues in an intelligently managed housing environment: defining the basics of creating an artistic image and providing a sense of comfort to residents through innovative technologies. It contains a complex research of design factors of modern comfortable housing provided with intelligently managed housing environment. Three compositional techniques were developed for creating the concept of the housing artistic image using the means of intelligent environmental management, which reflect the types of compositional interaction of equipment with the housing environment. The successive stages of the housing scenario modeling and proposals for the method of an intelligently managed housing environment designing were developed.
