Essay

The object is the transformation of political management in the context of the contemporary democracy`s development. The purpose is to clarify the specifics of good governance technologies as a factor in improving the effectiveness of political management in democracy conditions. Methods – an integrated approach, ascension from abstract to concrete, retrospection, system analysis, structural and functional. The political content of the concept of «good governance» as a paradigm for the implementation of good governance is established. An algorithm for evaluating the effectiveness of critical political management based on the «good governance» paradigm is implemented. The requirements` structure of the political management`s effectiveness is revealed. The interpretation of the capacity of political institutions in the context of «good governance» is developed. The factors` list of «good governance» elements` integration success into political and administrative practice has been established. The concept of interdisciplinary integration of the principles of «good governance» is substantiated. The evaluation parameters of the interaction effectiveness of the elected political bureaucracy officials in the conditions of transitive democracies are specified. The optimal configuration of reforms in the context of «good governance» concerning the system of political management of Ukraine is specified. Elements of a positive institutional context for the integration of «good governance» into the system of political governance have been identified. Sphere – optimization of the political elite, modernization of the system of political management, educational process.
