The dissertation is one of the first comprehensive monographic researches in Ukraine related to the definition of contemporary problems associated with the emergence and implementation in practice of the motives for committing crimes by the staff of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. The paper substantiates a number of new conceptual provisions, conclusions and recommendations of important theoretical and practical significance. In particular, for the first time, the content was defined and the author's definition of the “motives of committing crimes by the personnel of the UHP” was formulated on this basis, which should be understood as the intention to commit a crime based on the internal direct cause and expressing them, influenced by the relevant social environment and the life and professional experience of these persons. a personal attitude towards what is directed at this socially dangerous, illegal and punishable act, which was the result of actions on the person's certain conditions, a way of life and a particular life situation her.
