Essay

In the framework of this dissertation study, 169 adolescents aged 14-16 years of both sexes were screened. In the process of dissertation research a complex of methods is used: theoretical, socio-demographic, clinical-psychological, psychodiagnostic, statistical. The structure of the internal picture of the illness is described and a model for the formation of an internal picture of the disease in teenagers with scoliosis is developed, which has 6 components: sensory, emotional, personal, intellectual, motivational and social. The factors influencing the formation of the internal picture of the illness are determined: physiological, psychological and social; positive and negative pole factors. A comprehensive program of psycho-corrective interventions was developed that took into account and influenced all the components of the internal picture of the disease. The sensory component was influenced by the use of specific medical actions, physical rehabilitation and exercise therapy, yoga. The technologies of the RET-therapy by A. Elice were used to influence the emotional component of the internal picture of the disease. The personal component was influenced by the individual psychological counseling of adolescents. The use of psycho-educational events helped to influence the intellectual component. Motivation training was used to improve motivation for treatment. The social component was influenced by using family-friendly training and counter-violence training. The program for the provision of adolescents with scoliosis is implemented. The measures of universal, selective and indicative psychoprophylaxis are developed and implemented.
