Essay

The thesis is devoted to improving the efficiency of diagnosing changes in hemocoagulation in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and its combination with arterial hypertension (AH) depending on the presence of concomitant microalbuminuria (MAU) by determining the state of platelet-plasma hemostasis and their prognostic value for the occurrence of atherothrombotic complications. Were identified hypercoagulation changes in the hemostatic system in the background of oppression of their own anticoagulant potential and blood fibrinolytic activity in patients with CHD and AH, which was aggravated in patients with AH stage III. It is shown that the presence of MAU is associated with a more significant activation of fibrin formation and is combined with the inhibition of its own anticoagulant activity of the blood. It has been established that MAU is associated with an increase of the incidence of acute coronary syndrome, the risk of which is associated with such indicators as an increase of spontaneous platelet aggregation, an increase of the content of soluble fibrin-monomer complexes and a decrease of antithrombin III.
