The dissertation defines the basic theoretical principles of state management education system of medical staff. The foreign experience of medical staff education organization of the and the role of the state in ensuring this process are analyzed and summarized. The average medical staff in the system of medical education state management has been characterized and the peculiarities of his education are singled out. The modern state of medical staff training in Ukraine, its normative and legal support is analyzed. The concept of improvement the quality of medical staff education in Ukraine has been developed. The practical recommendations for improvement the mechanisms of public administration of medical staff education system in Ukraine are substantiated.
