Erastov V. Internet-insurance on Ukrainian insurance services market.

The thesis is devoted to the Internet-insurance on Ukrainian insurance services market, namely the deepening of theoretical approaches and the development of practical recommendations in a field of Internet-insurance implementation into business processes of insurance company in a purpose of revealing of insurance policies acquisition in electronic form and overall insurance activities efficiency increasing. The development of Internet-insurance in Ukraine is closely linked to the development of the insurance market in general and the development of the Internet on its territory. The incipience of the Internet in Ukraine is most appropriate to be examined regarding the historical milestones and the penetration rate, that is the ratio of the number of Internet users to the total population, while the development of the insurance market is most appropriate to divide into periods in accordance with changes that have taken place, depending on the adopted regulatory acts, that are governing the market in general and its specific aspects.
