Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the complex analysis of social relations that arise in the sphere of realization of the right to local self-government. The content of the concept and elements of constitutional law for local self-government is revealed. It is substantiated that the right to local self-government is one of the types of human rights and citizen, which presence in the list, specified in Section ІІ of the Constitution of Ukraine is necessary. The content and forms of realization of the constitutional law for local self-government are considered, the subject-object structure of the elements of the right for local self-government is determined.
