Essay

The thesis is devoted to the optimization of diagnosis and prediction of the course of coronary heart disease (CHD) in patients with atherosclerosis of the peripheral arteries of the lower extremity artery disease (LEAD) on the basis of determining the clinical and genetic factors associated with coronary artery (CA) disease in patients. To achieve the goal, 100 patients were examined who had confirmed clinical and anamnestic and laboratory-instrumental results of arterial sclerotic disease of the lower extremities. Thus, the definition of the role of factors influencing the prognosis and the course of CHD on the background of LEAD is important, given the possible asymptomatic disease course of coronary insufficiency due to limited physical activity. Therefore, there is a good reason to have a detailed examination of patients with LEAD in order to optimize the treatment policy and influence the prognosis of the disease.
