Essay

The dissertation is a complex study of the institutional and legal foundations for the formation and implementation of the national security policy of Ukraine in actual conditions. The purpose of the research is to determine the impact of existing political and legal mechanisms on the efficiency of security policy in the humanitarian sphere of Ukraine and to offer recommendations for improving the institutional and regulatory framework for state policy in this area. The dissertation deals in detail with the forms and mechanisms of realization of security imperatives in various humanitarian branches. In particular, the state of affairs and the main trends of the development of the ethnopolitical, cultural and educational spheres of state policy are analyzed. The doctrinal, normative and organizational levels of the formation and implementation of national security policy, feedback mechanisms, information and communication support, coordination and adaptation to new challenges and changes in the situation are also considered in a consistent manner. It is proposed to increase the effectiveness of humanitarian security policy in Ukraine by developing a coherent system of interaction between the main actors of such a policy on a unified methodological basis, common goals and principles of functioning, unified procedures It would make the cooperation of humanitarian and security institutes, and their ability to flexibly respond to changes in the functioning environment.
