Institutes of youth parliamentarism in the processes of state-building. Definition and scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodological principles of the participation of institutes of youth parliamentarism in the state-building processes of Ukraine and the development of practical recommendations for its improvement. Methods: dialectical, conceptual, objectivistic, constructive, systemic approach. Practical ways of implementation of the conceptual model of managerial interaction of institutes of youth parliamentarism with public authorities of Ukraine are proposed by developing a "Concept of participation of institutes of youth parliamentarism in the management of state affairs (at city level)".The results are implemented in the practice of public administration.
