In the dissertation the new tendencies and patterns of development of state regulation of activities related to transplantation in the developed countries of the world and Ukraine are revealed, and on the basis of this, practical recommendations for its improvement as an important component of the state policy in the field of health protection for protection are defined. living a health of people, respect for her cessation and good health. In particular, it has been determined that state regulation of activities related to organ transplantation and other anatomical materials combines a set of methods of public administration that include a set of instruments of state influence, which may be in the form of laws, formal and informal regulations, auxiliary rules, which the state establishes for activities related to transplantation and is used to control, rescue people’s lives, and maintain a balance between the rights of the donor and the recipient. It is proved that in order to substantiate the essence and content of state regulation of activities related to the transplantation of detailed attention deserves the question of forming its inalienable component. Unified state information, which has a number of positive aspects and solves a number of organizational problems at the state level. This includes monitoring the transplant-related activities and ensuring the rights of people associated with transplantation and creating a unified information base for operational assistance to people in need of transplantation. It is worth noting that this register is of a state nature. This is due to the fact that the creation of the register at the state level allows you to solve many of the problem issues that arise in this type of activity. It has been diagnosed that the issues of state regulation of transplantation of anatomical parts of the human body are of particular interest to scholars around the world, taking into account the progress of the technical and medical aspects of transplantation and the development of legal research in the field of health care. Specialists in medical law and bioethics recognize the important role of cultural, religious and economic factors that must be taken into account when choosing one or another model of state regulation of transplantation in countries around the world. As a member of the Council of Europe, Ukraine should apply the provisions of the Council of Europe Resolution and, as a State party, align its legislation on the extraction and transplantation of anatomical parts of the human body in accordance with international standards. The process of adaptation of Ukrainian legislative norms to the legislation of other European countries implies not only compliance with the requirements of the documents of the Council of Europe, but also the legislation of the European Union. It has been proven that at present activities related to transplantation are developing in a number of areas – organ transplantation, screening, and screening. The Law of Ukraine «On the dissemination of organs of other human resources» is regulated mainly in activities related only to the dissemination of organs. The medical procedure for diagnosing brain deaths, its presentation in the Ukrainian version of the International Classification of Diseases of related health problems, and the bringing of Ukraine’s legislation to the working methods for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with severe brain damage are necessary in order to diagnose the brain. The development of transplant-related activities is hampered by the rejection of a single state information dissemination system. It is necessary to further improve the mechanism of coordination of state-owned public health institutions and state scientific institutions, which have the right to conduct activities related to the dissemination of organs of other human resources to human beings. It is also necessary to establish a quality control contract. With this instrument, it is necessary to develop the principles and methods of the treatment of patients with diabetes, according to which the treatment of patients with a method of transplantation of anaemic materials for the person is carried out, as well as the development of specialized medicines for caring and preservation of organs.
