Savelieva E. Targeted search of herbal raw material with neurally mediated action among the representatives of Lamiaceae and Ranunculaceae

Research based on assessment of quality control procedures of Ballota nigra herb was performed. Monograph of State Pharmacopeia of Ukraine 2.0 V. 3 “Ballota nigra” was developed; quality attributes of Ballota nigra herb were included into TU U 15.8-31062507-022:2009 “Herbal raw material, natural for dietary supplements production”. Content of macro- and microelements, amino acids, monosaccharaides, phenolic compounds, fatty acids in the Pulsatilla’s herb and Thalictrum foetidum L. herb was determined. Standardization parameters for abovementioned herbal raw material were found (information sheet about the innovation in the Health management system). Dietary supplement “Memofit” was developed and it was introduced into production of LLC Pharmaceutical Company “Vertex”. Kharkiv. Standardization parameters and quality control procedures for this dietary supplement were performed. Modification No 7 to a TU U 15.8-31062507-014:2008 “Dietary supplement. Capsules with plant extract «Protection of vessels»”, dated 24 April 2017 was approved.
