Essay

Object - non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in patients with obesity and essential hypertension; the goal is to establish mechanisms for the formation of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in patients with essential hypertension (EAG) in combination with obesity, depending on the polymorphism of the ACE (I/D) and PPAR-γ2 (Pro12Ala) genes, the structural-functional state of the liver, the lipid and adipocytokine imbalance, primary platelet-vascular hemostasis; methods - general-clinical, anthropometric, biochemical, spectrophotometric, instrumental-diagnostic, immuno-enzymatic; molecular genetic, epidemiological, statistical-analytical; results - the polymorphic variants of ACE (I/D) and PPAR-γ2 (Pro12Ala) genes distribution in the structure of NADH, OB on the background of EAH was established; the association of clinical and biochemical markers of the hepatocytes functioning, lipids profile content, leptin and adiponectin blood levels, leptin resistance, primary hemostasis indices in patients with EAH depending on the NAFLD types (steatohepatitis, hepatosis), OBs' degree and molecular genetic factors were determined; risk groups of patients were identified; new molecular-genetic chains in the pathogenesis of NAFLD combined with EAH and OB have been developed.
