The dissertation is devoted to the systematic analysis of civil law aspects of the realization of intellectual property rights in the sphere of medicine in Ukraine. The paper presents the genesis of legal regulation of relations that arise in the realization of intellectual property rights in the field of medicine. The scientific novelty of the results obtained is that the dissertation is one of the first in Ukraine comprehensive scientific research on civil law aspects of the realization of intellectual property rights in the sphere of medicine in Ukraine. As a result of the research, a number of new scientific propositions and conclusions suggested personally by the author are formulated.
