The paper examines the criminal and criminological problems of cybercrime against property. It is indicated that the legal basis of Ukraine’s cybersecurity in the field of criminal legal protection of property is an integral part of national legislation and requires improvement in the context of unifying the system of legal, organizational and technical support of the legal interests of citizens in the field of information security.
