Demchenko Y. Economic and legal aspects concerning realization of property rights to intellectual property and their protection in Ukraine

The article is devoted to complex research of economic and legal regulations’ problems concerning realization of property rights to intellectual properties’ rights and their protection in Ukraine. Based on the concept of the occurrence of intellectual property rights were researched scientific approaches concerning designation of the concept and essence of business entities’ property rights to intellectual property. Identified trends of development and features of legal regulation of property rights to intellectual property in the spheres of industrial property, copyright and related rights. Researched the features of exclusive and non-exclusive rights to industrial property and copyrights. Represented the classification of property rights to the aforementioned spheres. Highlighted the problems of property rights to the objects of industrial property related to legal regulation of their alienation, transfer in collateral and entering into the authorized capital.
