Voloshyna I. Legal advisory activity: theoretical and legal research

The thesis is devoted to the comprehensive study of theoretical and legal foundations of legal advisory activity. The historical aspects of the formation and development of legal advisory activity are determined, the origins of the profession of legal advisor are defined. The methodological basis of legal advisory activity research is highlighted. The theoretical construction of the definition of "legal advisory activity" is developed on the basis of available scientific notions, its content and significance in the social environment are analyzed, general and specific features of the investigated type of legal activity are established. Features of the structural and functional characteristics of legal advisory activity are considered. Definition of the concept of counseling is formulated, its task and procedure of implementation are outlined. It is proved that the features of counseling as a separate type of legal actions, revealed in the course of research, give us an opportunity to distinguish it among other types, and also testify to the specificity of this element in the structure of his activity content.
