Dissertation is complex research of general theoretic and functional aspects of division of authorities in the context of constitutional jurisprudence. Historiography and sources of research of division of authorities has been described. Methodological bases of research of principle of division of authorities are analysed in the context of existent paradigms, principles and methods. The generalized description of conceptual questions of division of authorities is Given in modern jurisprudence. Development of theory of division of authorities is trace from the most ancient times to contemporaneity. Basic models and base principles of organization of division of authorities are described. The basic aspects of legislature are analysed and her subjects are certain. The concept of executive power is Given and her basic models are described. Co-operation is analysed by judicial and control-supervisory branches of power as important element of equilibrium of state machine. The ways of perfection of constitutional legislation of Ukraine, divisions of state power sent to development of principle, are offered.
