Dissertation is complex research of general theoretic and functional aspects of division of authorities in the context of constitutional jurisprudence. Historiography and sources of research of division of authorities has been described. Methodological bases of research of principle of division of authorities are analysed in the context of existent paradigms, principles and methods.
