Essay

Professional training of the Bachelors of Information, Library and Archival Affairs is the research object. The research aim is to theoretically substantiate and experimentally verify the effectiveness of the updated set of methodological support as a component of the model of formation of the Bachelors of Information, Library and Archival Affairs readiness for professional activity. The research methods: analysis and synthesis, induction, deduction, abstraction, modeling, generalization, survey, observation, methods of mathematical statistics, search-bibliographic, biographical, chronological, narrative method. For the first time the the theoretical framework for the development of methodological support for professional training of the Bachelors of Information, Library and Archival Affairs; the peculiarities of the creation of methodological support for the professional training of the Bachelors of Information, Library and Archival Affairs have been revealed; the set of methodological support for professional training of the Bachelors of Information, Library and Archival Affairs has been updated; the model of the Bachelors of Information, Library and Archival Affairs readiness formation for professional activity has been developed; the structure of readiness of Bachelors of Information, Library and Archival Affairs for professional activity has been determined; the content of methodological support has been improved, which in its turns allows to increase the level of readiness of Bachelors of Information, Library and Archival Affairs for professional activity in the conditions of specialty reform and modern challenges. The notion “readiness of the Bachelors of Information, Library and Archival Affairs for professional activity” has been specified. The ideas of readiness formation of Bachelors of Information, Library and Archival Affairs for professional activity by using of an updated set of methodological support have gained further development.
