Dissertation for the Candidate of Economic Sciences degree, specialty 08.00.04 - Economics and Management of Enterprises (by types of economic activity). - National University of Food Technologies, Kyiv, 2019. The dissertation is devoted to the search for ways of solving the scientific problem of the development of enterprises of the alcohol industry and the development of theoretical and methodical aspects of the introduction of innovation changes. The theoretical bases of construction of the strategy of innovative development are developed in the work. The categorical apparatus of the sphere of innovation development in the part of definitions of the concepts "innovation", "strategy", "strategy of enterprise development", "innovative development of the enterprise" is supplemented. The evolution of scientific approaches to innovative development of the enterprise, the influence of innovations on the activity of the enterprise, generalizations of scientists' views and discovered that during the period of extensive economic transformations Ukrainian enterprises need to constantly search for new measures to update the management of the enterprise for the release of new types of products , attraction of new technologies, use of new resource-saving installations, etc. The engine of innovation development of the enterprise is the development of a development strategy based on the attraction of innovations. The main attention is paid to the development of methodological and theoretical provisions for developing a strategy for innovative development of enterprises in the alcohol industry, by creating an updated organizational structure and changing the principles of management. The importance of constructing a strategic development plan for alcohol companies is proved. Non-liquid assets that do not actually carry out production activities are offered for liquidation - through the sale of property through the State Property Fund of Ukraine and repayment of partial debts to creditors. Possible directions of the development of enterprises of the alcohol industry are analyzed and the theoretical and methodical approach to the formation of the strategy of innovation development for enterprises of the alcohol industry is developed on the basis of application of the differentiation approach. The strategy of innovation development of the alcohol company is aimed at the reduction and allocation of liquid assets in order to reduce the expense part and the ability to ensure profitable activities of the enterprise. The proposed strategy, called DD (Differentiation & Development), involves the development of step-by-step measures for introducing innovative changes through reorganization changes and will ensure a gradual reduction of centralization of business management and increasing competitive advantage in the market, diversification of markets, production of new types of products. The system of indicators of estimation of the level of innovative potential of the enterprise, which takes into account separate integral values of the enterprise's financial, industrial, innovation and marketing stability, was analyzed, and the IP indicator (Innovation potential) was considered, which takes into account the company's overall stability and determines the readiness to provide innovative improvement to ensure the stability of the alcohol company in future. It is envisioned that the implementation of the strategy will reduce the cost of ethyl alcohol at the expense of the lack of costs for the maintenance of non-operating enterprises and the production of bioethanol through the modernization of equipment, which will provide profitable work. The production of updated types of products will allow alcohol companies to diversify the markets, reduce the dependence of the state on imports of energy resources, maintain production capacity and create conditions for its efficient work by converting part of the capacities.
