Object – chronic wounds; goal – increase the effectiveness of complex treatment of patients with chronic wounds on the basis of the development and implementation of methods using autoplasma enriched with platelets; methods – clinical, laboratory, instrumental, planimetric, bacteriological, cytological, variation-statistical; results – for the first time, a comprehensive cytological study of reparative regeneration in a chronic wound under the influence of platelet-rich blood plasma was conducted; сlinical, bacterioscopic indicators were analyzed over time in the application of PRP-therapy in patients with chronic wounds; for the first time, a comparative analysis of the use of PRP-therapy in the complex treatment of chronic wounds compared with conventional treatment methods; for the first time, PRP-therapy was used in the complex of measures for preparing the recipient zone for autoplastic operations; the expediency of including in the complex of treatment of patients with chronic wounds the use of plasma enriched with platelets is pathogenetically grounded; branch – medicine.
