Dissertation for the degree of candidate of technical sciences in specialty 05.22.01 - “Transport systems” (Technical sciences, Transport). Odessa National Maritime University, Odessa, 2019. The dissertation is devoted to the organization of container ships operation with the purpose of ensuring their efficient operation on feeder lines by developing and implementing the relevant theoretical and methodical positions and practical recommendations for the organization of their work. In the work it was an analyzed the current state of the operation of container ships on the lines. The structure and parameters of the functioning of feeder container ships were substantiated. The theoretical and methodical provisions for the substantiation of solutions for the organization of the network of feeder lines serviced by container-vessels are developed.
