Serdyuk O. Improvement of technology of the rolling of rolls with the application of the theory of plasticity

Dissertation is devoted to the scientific study of the problem of forming when deformation workpiece of roller and develop recommendations for the rational process parameters. On the basis of methods of the applied theory of plasticity the mathematical models of the tensely deformed state of processes of the deformation of roller. A computer design by the method of complete elements enabled to execute the analysis of features of deformation of roller. Dependence of size of the utillized resource of plasticity is set on the geometrical parameters of instrument and features of the grinding process. Тhe method of calculation of the used plasticity resource during rolling with a roller taking into account the nonmonotonic load. It was established that when nonmonotonic plastic deformation the value of the accumulated resource of plasticity, in comparison with monotonic deformation, is reduced by 35%, under other equal conditions The reliability of the theoretical solutions obtained confirmed the results of experimental studies. The design of the tool for rolled up the roller and recommendations for the construction of the process of landslide are developed.
