Mazchenko O. Prevention of the fetal distress in pregnant women with hypertensive disorders

Object – fetal distress; purpose – to decrease the rate of distress based on the determination of the level of homocysteine and ox-idative modifection of protein in the blood of pregnant women and to correct metabolical and haemodynamical discharges in the fetoplacental system; methods - psychometric, clinical, laboratory, instrumental, hardware methods, mathematics and statistics; results – It was proved that the leading role in the outbreak of fetal distress in pregnant women with hypertensive disorders is played by hyperhomocysteinemia and an increase in the parameters of spontaneous o[idative modification of the protein that correlates with the violation of the parameters of the biophysical profile of the fetus and utero-placental-fetal blood flow. The mathematical model of the individualized prediction of the fetal condition in pregnant women with hypertensive disorders is cre-ated, which, with high sensitivity and specificity, allows predicting the onset of fetal distress, it was recommended the comple[ matabolical theraphy, that was indices on the preventhion of the perinatal morbidities; branch – medicine.
