Dissertation for the degree of candidate of technical sciences in specialty 05.11.17 – biological and medical devices and systems. – National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorskyi Kiev Polytechnic Institute” Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Kyiv, 2019. The dissertation is devoted to research of characteristics of hydrodynamic radiators (HDR) of countercurrent type at hydrostatic pressure, more than atmosphere, and prospects of their application for biomedical equipment (BME). The influence of static pressure on energy and the efficiency of HDR s used in biomedical devices is experimentally investigated. It is proved that due to the increase of pressure in the working capacity and the corresponding flow velocity, it is possible to increase the efficiency of these devices by one and a half times. This is important for current production. The mathematical model of jet HDR of countercurrent type for BMЕ, which is considered at hydrostatic pressure up to 24 atmospheres inclusively, is improved. Fields experimentally investigated near the sound-forming element of HDR of countercurrent type, which allowed to reveal the character of the function of the efficiency of the destruction of surfaces of solids using jet transducers. The conducted studies have shown the prospect of using jet acoustic transducers for their use in the process of cleaning medical instruments from technological and operational deposits, emulsification, dispersion for biotechnology and pharmacology.
