Essay

The needs, interests, will, and the expression of will as social factors causing contractual relations, which in turn are classified as individual and collective contractual relations, are under consideration within this research. Individual contractual relations as the basis causing the labor relations, determining and changing working conditions, and as a basis ending such relations are considered as well. The result of individual contractual relations is a work contract as a basic form implementing the right to work under Ukrainian labor law. The collective contractual relations are considered as appropriate regulator of social and labor relations, which is procured on national state level – by general treaty, on industry level – by branch treaty, on regional level – by regional treaty, and on enterprise, institution, organization level – by collective treaty.
