Shcherbyna O. Organization of operation of the tug barge vessels in transport-technological system

Within the framework of the presented research, the composition and sequence of operations for selecting the tug barge vessels for the development of the cargo flow, determining the required fleet of vessels and fixing them for the scheme are proposed. Assessment of the feasibility of each stage of the main calculation part of the study is carried out with the help of economic and mathematical modeling. To implement the main scientific task set in the research paper, are: - accepted and justified the terminology used in the work; - classification of tug barge vessels from the position of transportation organization is proposed; - the peculiarities of the formation of tug barge vessels in different conditions of their operation are revealed; - factors that directly influence the work of tug barge vessels are systematized. The results of the study constitute the methodological basis for consistent decision-making on a set of tasks related to the organization of work of tug barge vessels in the transport and technological system. At the same time, each of the tasks can be considered independently when solving problems of choosing the schemes of work of the ships and the option of organizing the work of tug barge vessels on them, distributing the fleet among cargo flows, developing optional cargo flows, and determining the required fleet.
