Kochuk S. Transformation of regulatory economic policy in Ukraine

This dissertation is dedicated to the elaboration of theoretical methodological grounds of regulatory economic policy, determination of national particularities of its transformation in Ukraine and objectives of strategic priorities of its implementation in the context of European trajectory and also was developed an overall algorithm of regulatory economic policy implementation in Ukraine. In this work it is formed theoretical methodological instrumentation of investigation of regulatory economy policy of Ukraine during its transformational period, also was carried out an analysis of key factors and characteristics of regulatory economy policy during the transformational period in Ukraine. The author provided insight into the principal stages of regulatory economic policy of Ukraine during its transformational period and made an economic analysis of governmental administration under conditions of socioeconomic transformations. It was worked out an overall algorithm of regulatory economic policy implementation in Ukraine which systematically and undoubtedly combines as different levels of execution of assigned tasks as key procedures that will guarantee expected result. It is determined the alternative scenarios of implementation of strategic priorities of regulatory economic policy with the justification of the thesis that in case of assigned strategic purposes which are more adapted to Ukraine the scenario is that a regulatory economic policy should provide a priority of economic and social appropriateness over a government intervention.
